This visit helps us understand your main concern, your body pattern, your goals, and the best starting point for care.

A personalized acupuncture-only follow-up for straightforward concerns, stable symptoms, or maintenance care. Each visit includes a brief progress review and focused acupuncture treatment based on how your body is responding that day. Additional therapies are not included.

Follow-up treatments include acupuncture and, when clinically appropriate, brief supportive therapies such as static cupping, gua sha, heat therapy, or TCM lifestyle guidance. Each visit is designed to be focused, practical, and effective to choose the right treatment for your body that day. 

This consultation is for patients who want deeper support with Chinese herbal medicine, food therapy, and lifestyle guidance.

During this visit, we review your main health concerns, body pattern, digestion, sleep, energy, stress level, temperature signs, tongue, pulse, and daily habits. Based on your condition, we may recommend Chinese herbs, food therapy, simple nutrition changes, or home care guidance.

This visit does not include acupuncture treatment. Herbs, supplements, or herbal products are not included in the consultation fee and may be purchased separately if recommended.

Chinese herbal medicine and nutrition support may be helpful for stress, sleep, digestion, women’s health, fertility support, fatigue, menopause support, seasonal wellness, and general body balance.
